What are your showroom hours?
Our showroom hours are from 9AM-3PM (Monday-Friday), and 10AM-2PM (Saturday). We strongly recommend giving us a call to schedule an appointment if you’d like to visit.
What is your timeline for a project?
All projects are special and vary by the case. Starting from the beginning, we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days with a quote if you are able to provide rough measurements. Depending on the project, we require at least 1-2 weeks from your template appointment for our team to fabricate. Installation follows immediately after.
What is included in the quote?
Our quotes will include the cost of material, fabrication, and installation of the countertops only. We do not provide any demolition, cabinetry, or plumbing services (if you are in need of those services, we do have trusted references).
How are the sink and cooktop cutouts handled?
Large cutouts for things like sinks and cooktops take place during the fabrication process at our warehouse. Smaller cutouts for faucets or electrical needs are drilled/cut on site during install.
Homeowners tend to ask about using larger cutouts for trivets and(or) cutting boards. While the concept is great, the way our machines fabricate the stone make it difficult to salvage those cutouts for recyclable material.
How are the edges finished?
We offer a variety of edge details, ranging from different laminated styles to a seamless & clean mitered edge.
How do you handle seams?
Seams are strategically placed by our shop based on material efficiency and aesthetic integrity. We also offer layout appointments where you have a hand in seam placement and cuts if the project calls for the specialty.
Where do you source your material from?
We source our materials directly from trusted stone distributors and quarries, both locally and internationally. We only work woth suppliers who maintain high quality standards, so every slab we bring in is durable, authentic, and built to last.
Can you show me the actual slab I will be using?
Although we do not stock full slabs, you are able to visit our partnered distributors. There you are able to see full slabs of material you may be interested in. Our showroom has a broad majority of quartz & solid surface samples from brands including Corian, LG HI-MACS, Cambria, Silestone, & Caesarstone. We also have a remnant yard that caters to smaller projects.
What is your payment schedule?
To be scheduled for an official template and installation appointment, a deposit is required which is generally the cost of material. The final payment will be due upon install.
